We want you to love your Mustard Made locker as much as we do, but if it's not quite right, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and have not been assembled to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Return

Pack with Care
Carefully repack your locker in its original flat-pack boxes, ensuring all panels and hardware are securely protected to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated courier point or schedule a collection as instructed.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
